efficiently is a global team of 500, and the company behind Earth Elements - a high-end construction supply group operating across nine divisions in the US and the Caribbean. We built the ERP that runs it - now having processed close to a billion dollars in orders.
Steve has lived at the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana for fifteen years. He is deeply connected across the luxury construction industry - among the builders, architects, developers, and owner's reps who define the top end of the market.
We started building the system of record years before AI was capable enough to be useful. When it was, the agentic layer went on top of a foundation already built to last - because AI without structure is just faster chaos.
